The Double Mountain Fork of the Brazos River at Justinceburg and just
upstream from Lake Alan Henry rose briefly above Action Stage of
10 feet between 10:45 AM and 11:45 AM. The river rose in response
to rains in the western parts of Garza County and eastern Lynn County

forecast to continue to fall back toward base flow over the next day
or two.
