.DISCUSSION...

Cool and wet conditions will prevail over the site the rest of
today through Wednesday. The chance of wetting rain will increase
through today. Isolated thunderstorms are possible later this
morning, then scattered thunderstorms are possible this afternoon
and evening. The best chance for thunderstorms is after 6pm this
evening. The strongest storms will be capable of producing gusty
winds and locally heavier rainfall. Precipitation will begin to
decrease Wednesday afternoon.

                    isolated thunderstorms late in the morning.
