.DISCUSSION...
Generally clear skies prevail through the period as a ridge of high pressure
builds over the fire area this week. Winds will be generally light at night
as a nightly inversion sets up around 7500 to 8000 ft. Above the inversion,
west and southwest winds will tend to gust above 20 mph. Saturday afternoon
will be the windiest day as a disturbance clips the fire area to the north.
No precipitation is expected, just heightened winds. May not see the next
chance of precipitation until a week or two into November. In the mean time,
expect warming temperatures.
