.DISCUSSION...Light diurnal winds with low daytime RH`s are expected today and
Wednesday. Northeast and east winds are expected to increase over the upper
elevations and ridges late Wednesday night and Thursday. Blustery ridge levels
winds along with very low RH`s and poor recoveries will result in critical fire
weather conditions Thursday through Friday morning. Colder conditions and
another round of strong offshore winds will be possible this weekend.
