...RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM TO 10 PM PDT TUESDAY...

.DISCUSSION...

Warm, Dry with light to breezy conditions continue this afternoon
with the possibility of local breezy outflow winds up to 30mph from
collapsing convective buildups across the area through Monday evening.
Tuesday will see a higher 20% to 40% probability for scattered dry
thunderstorms, with gusty erratic outflow winds up to 45mph and an
occasional ground lightning strikes possible. This combined with low
surface RH and breezy afternoon WSW winds of 10 to 20mph with a few
gusts up to 30mph possible will lead to critical wildfire conditions
with a Red Flag Warning in effect Tuesday for zone 470. After Tuesday
fire conditions remain elevated as the possibility of dry thunderstorms,
low RH, and breezy afternoon winds continue for Wednesday and Thursday.
