.DISCUSSION...Northwest breezy winds will continue into tonight
as an upper weather system skirts the region to the northeast.
Winds will become northerly late tonight, then switch to the
northeast as a slightly cooler airmass pushes into the region.
Overnight RH recovery tonight will be moderate, with the
afternoon RH in the mid 20s tomorrow. Haze from area and
regional smoke may develop by tomorrow morning under a
strengthening low level inversion overnight.
