Dry weather and unseasonably warm temperatures through mid-week.
Gusty north to east winds develop Monday night through Wednesday
morning. Additional periods of dry, gusty offshore winds are
likely the second half of this week. Moderate to locally poor
overnight recoveries continue over the foothills.
