.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure will begin to strengthen and slide E
over the N waters today, with a trailing cold front reaching the
central waters by this afternoon as the low moves off to the E of
the N waters. The front will stall over the central waters
tonight, and return N as a warm front Wed as another low moves E
over southern New England. Weak low pressure will slide E and
pass just N of the region Wed night. A stronger low will move E
and move from Ohio into Pennsylvania Thu, with a warm front
extending E near 40N. The low will track NE and pass N of the
waters Thu night into Fri while pulling a strong cold front SE
over the region. The cold front will clear E of the waters Fri
night as a high pressure ridge develops over the eastern United
States. High pressure will build and persist over the area Sat
and Sat night.
