Going by the averages, winter was warm...a little three degrees
above the 30-year mean. Rainfall initially was lacking
in December, but January and February attempted to make up for
it. For snow lovers, this was the second disappointing winter,
with barely any measurable snowfall.

.Seasonal Temperatures...
The average high, low, and seasonal temperatures were the warmest
since 2016-2017.

There were 50 days with low temperatures at or below freezing, which
was the fewest since the winter of 2016-2017.

.Seasonal Precipitation...
Though above the 30-year average, this was the driest Winter since
2016-2017.

There were 27 days with measurable rainfall, which was the fewest in
winter since 2017-2018, but still above the average of 24.

.Seasonal Snowfall...
This season had the least amount of measurable snowfall since the
winter of 1962-1963.
