1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Favorable marine conditions this weekend will become
hazardous early next week due to the passage of a cold front.
Improved winds and seas are expected around the middle of next
week in the wake of the front.
