.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Beta, now a post tropical cyclone, will continue to move slowly east
across Southeast Texas today. Moderate to strong wind flow and
elevated seas will continue for all waters and bays through at
least tonight. Conditions will slowly improve across the Gulf
waters and bays tonight into Thursday as Beta moves further east
into the Lower Mississippi Valley.
