This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central
Montana...south central Montana...southeast Montana and north
central Wyoming.
* WHAT...Rain, possibly mixed with wet snow, will spread from west
to east, late Sunday night through late Monday night.
* WHERE...Southern Montana and northern Wyoming.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...After warmer temperatures through Saturday,
confidence is increasing for a period of cold and wet weather,
Sunday night through late Monday night. Rain is likely across
the region, heavy at times. Additionally, wet snow is possible,
especially over higher hills across the region. Those with
outdoor or recreation plans, should monitor the forecast closely
over the coming days.
* ADDITIONAL HAZARD CONCERNS...The wet and cold conditions will be
a threat to young livestock. Slushy roadways are possible,
especially over higher hills Monday morning, and Tuesday morning.
