Afternoon relative humidity values falling below 30 percent along
with breezy southwest winds will bring critical fire weather
conditions to northeastern North Dakota and far northwestern
Minnesota. Fires could spread rapidly this afternoon.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Water from snowmelt will continue to move into the river systems.
