* WHAT...Hot temperatures of 92 to 104 expected.

* WHERE...Carquinez Strait and Delta, Motherlode, Northern San
  Joaquin Valley, and Southern Sacramento Valley.

* WHEN...Until 11 PM PDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses will be possible, especially for
  groups that are sensitive to heat.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Widespread Moderate to Major HeatRisk is
  expected across the Valley, Delta, and foothills. This level of
