Hale Center, Floydada, Lockney, Matador, Roaring Springs,
Paducah, Cee Vee, Spur, Dickens, Dumont, and Guthrie

Through 230 am, a cold front moving south out of the Panhandle
into the South Plains and Rolling Plains will continue to produce
gusty northerly winds of 20 to 30 mph, with gusts to near 40 mph.
Blowing dust will locally reduce visibilities, especially near
open fields and construction sites.
