...Dense Fog in Southern Iowa...

A blanket of dense fog producing visibilities to less than a half
mile at times looks to persist through much of the morning. The
fog is likely to impact the morning commute, especially along
Interstate 35 south of St Charles to the Missouri border as well
as the Highway 34 corridor from Corning to Ottumwa and the
Highway 2 corridor from Bedford to Bloomfield. The fog is expected
to gradually lift past 8 AM this morning. If traveling, please
remember to use low beam headlights, slow down, and allow extra
space between you and the vehicle ahead of you.
