...BRIEF ENHANCEMENT OF SHORELINE FLOODING POSSIBLE TODAY...

* WHAT...Wind becomes west and increases to gusts near 35 mph
  during afternoon. The wind across partially ice covered water
  could result in a combination of high waves and thin ice piling
  into the shoreline.

* WHERE...Huron county shoreline and St. Clair county shoreline of
  Lake St Clair.

* WHEN... late morning through this evening.

* IMPACTS... Briefly higher water level due to onshore wind and
  waves. Thin ice could also pile into the shoreline.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Residents on or near the shore should take appropriate action to
protect property.
