The National Weather Service in Norman has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Western Washita County in western Oklahoma...
  Southeastern Roger Mills County in western Oklahoma...
  Western Custer County in western Oklahoma...
  Eastern Beckham County in western Oklahoma...

* Until 645 AM CDT.

* At 352 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms with rainfall rates up to 2 inches per hour in some
  locations. This heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
  streams, creeks and poorly drained areas in the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Elk City, Burns Flat, Sentinel, Hammon, Dill City, Canute, Butler,
  Carter, Rocky, Foss, Retrop, Foss Reservoir, Moorewood and
  Stafford.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, towns, highways, and streets as well as other
drainage areas and low lying spots. Turn around, don`t drown.
