  Coastal waters from Altamaha Sound to Fernandina Beach FL out 20
  NM...

* Until 945 PM EDT.

* At 844 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Jekyll
  Island, or near St. Simons Island, moving south at 10 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  St Simons Sound Buoy 9, Cumberland Island, High Point, Jekyll
  Island and Saint Andrews Sound.
