...An area of dense fog had formed over northeast Indiana...

At 325 AM EDT, surface reports indicated dense fog had formed
over northeast Indiana from Albion to Angola. Visibilities were
down to a quarter of a mile in the northeast corner of Indiana. If
you are traveling on Interstate 69 or Interstate 80 in far
northeast Indiana early this morning, you are likely to encounter
this dense fog until 9 AM EDT. Slow down an allow extra time to
reach your destination.
