This hazardous weather outlook is for northwest...north central and
west central Missouri...as well as extreme eastern Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

 Hot and humid conditions expected today and will continue through
 Monday. Afternoon heat index values will range from near 100 to

 Early summer heat can catch individuals off guard. Make sure to
 drink plenty of water, take frequent breaks while working or
 playing outside, and seek refuge in the shade or air conditioned
 location when needed.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

 Hot and humid conditions will persist Monday with heat index values
 ranging from 100 to 105.

 Storm chances return Monday with the possibility of strong to
 marginally severe storms possible. Primary threats will be hail and
 strong winds. Periodic storm chances continue through much of the
 upcoming week.
