This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southeast New
Mexico, southwest Texas, and western Texas.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

A line of thunderstorms that developed in far west Texas this
afternoon and evening will move west to east across the forecast
area tonight, possibly making it as far east as the Permian Basin by
daybreak. These storms could produce gusty winds, locally heavy
rainfall, and perhaps small hail.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

Scattered thunderstorms could develop over the higher terrain
Tuesday and Wednesday. Some of the storms could be severe with large
hail and damaging winds.

Spotter activation may be needed this afternoon and evening near and
just east of the mountains regions.
