Weather Summary for the Local Tri-State Region
National Weather Service New York NY
456 PM EDT Tue Jul 14 2020

Any showers or thunderstorms across mainly southeastern
Connecticut will end just after sunset tonight. Weak high pressure
will then build in allowing for dry conditions for the rest of
tonight. Lows will be seasonable, ranging from the 60s to around
70 across the forecast area.

Dry conditions are in store through Thursday afternoon. Daytime
highs on Wednesday will be at or just below normal, in the 80s for
much of the area, except upper 70s across eastern sections.
Thursday will be a few degrees cooler thanks to onshore flow.

The next chance for any precipitation will be towards the end of
the work week as another frontal system approaches.
