Wisconsin Weather Summary
National Weather Service Milwaukee/Sullivan WI
1036 AM CDT Sat Jul 11 2020

.PAST 24 HOURS...

Showers and a few storms gradually moved east of the area Friday
morning. Clouds also gradually moved to the east during the day.
Northwest winds were gusty at times on Friday. Highs were mainly
in the lower to middle 80s across Wisconsin, with some cooler
values near Lake Michigan.

Mostly clear skies Friday evening gave way to clouds later Friday
night in southwestern parts of Wisconsin. Some showers and storms
also moved into that area toward sunrise. The rest of the state
saw mostly clear skies linger. Lows were in the middle to upper
50s in northwest Wisconsin, to the middle to upper 60s in
southeast Wisconsin.

.FORECAST...

Weak low pressure and a frontal boundary will move southeast
through the region this afternoon and tonight. These features will
bring increasing clouds, with a round of showers and thunderstorms
across southwestern and south central parts of Wisconsin later
this afternoon and this evening. A few storms may contain strong
winds, hail and locally heavy rainfall. The rest of the state
should remain dry with some clouds.

Highs today are forecast to be in the upper 70s to lower 80s in
northern Wisconsin, with middle 80s in southern Wisconsin. Lows
tonight will be in the middle 50s in northern Wisconsin, with
lower to mid 60s in southern Wisconsin.

High pressure is then expected to bring quiet weather to Wisconsin
for Sunday into Monday, with north winds bringing less humid
conditions. A slow moving frontal boundary is then forecast to
move into the region Monday night into Wednesday night, bringing
the next chances for showers and thunderstorms. Warmer and more
humid conditions are expected during this period.
