MORNING ABOVE 2000 FEET...

* WHAT...Heavy snow continued above 2000 feet. Additional snow
  accumulations of 3 to 9 inches.

* WHERE...Cascade mountains and valleys of Whatcom and Skagit
  Counties, including the Mount Baker Ski Area.

* WHEN...Until 11 AM PDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.
