The National Weather Service in Memphis has issued a

* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  Eastern Poinsett County in eastern Arkansas...
  Southwestern Mississippi County in eastern Arkansas...

* Until 900 PM CDT.

* At 759 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding in the
  advisory area. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Trumann, Marked Tree, Lepanto, Tyronza, Joiner, Dyess, Bassett,
  Birdsong, Payneway, Whitton, Dimple, Tulot, Hatchie Coon, Dub,
  Chelford, Norden, Alto, Bondsville, Judd Hill and Denwood.

Additional rainfall of up to one inch is expected over the area.
This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying
spots.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
