The National Weather Service in Sacramento has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  West central Butte County in northern California...

* Until 700 PM PDT.

* At 406 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated a nearly stationary line of
  thunderstorms, southeast of Chico, to Dayton and Durham. Small
  hail and locally heavy rainfall are likely with this line of
  storms, increasing the chance of minor flooding and ponding of
  water on roadways in the advisory area.

* Rainfall rates form one-half inch to one inch or more are possible
  within the line of storms through 6 pm.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Chico, Durham and Dayton, this may include highway 99, Ord Ferry
  Road, Dayton Road, and other small county roads in southern Butte
  County.
