This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central and
southern Minnesota...and west central Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

A powerful winter storm will bring heavy snow and blowing snow,
with possibly isolated thunderstorms, through tonight. Blizzard
Warnings and Winter Storm Warnings are in effect for much of the
coverage area. This storm will have major impacts. Please refer
to the Winter Weather Message for additional information.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

Winter Storm Warnings and Blizzard Warnings will continue through
Sunday afternoon. Please refer to the Winter Weather Message for
additional information.

Accumulating snow is likely Tuesday night into Wednesday night.

Rainfall and snow melt will increase flood potential into next
week. Some area rivers may reach bankfull by Sunday and minor
flood stage by midweek.
