The National Weather Service in Binghamton has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Southern Sullivan County in central New York...
  East central Wayne County in northeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 400 PM EDT.

* At 327 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Lava, or 13 miles east of Honesdale, moving east
  at 60 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree
           damage is likely.

  White Lake, Smallwood and Eldred around 335 PM EDT.
  Monticello around 340 PM EDT.
  Hartwood and Oakland around 345 PM EDT.
  Haven and Rock Hill around 350 PM EDT.
  Wurtsboro around 355 PM EDT.

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a
mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter
and protect yourself from flying debris.
