Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out to 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to strong southeast winds are expected today with
elevated seas in the advance of a cold front arriving Sunday
morning. Winds may approach 20 knots at times, so small craft
should exercise caution. Winds briefly diminish tonight but will
increase out of the northeast behind the front on Sunday. Marine
conditions improve for the first half of the week as high pressure
moves over the western Gulf.

bay.
.SUNDAY NIGHT...Northeast winds 10 to 15 knots diminishing to

subsiding to a light chop after midnight.
