.SYNOPSIS...

A reinforcing cold front will move across the waters late
tonight, followed by a surge of north winds early Wednesday
morning. Small Craft Advisories are posted for area waters and go
into effect before daybreak Wednesday. The high pressure system
strengthens northeast of the region Friday into Saturday resulting
in increasing northeast winds and further rises in combined seas.
As winds turn onshore this weekend a coastal trough may develop
locally and generate a few showers offshore.
