.Synopsis for the far Southern California coast...
At 2 AM, a 1023 mb high was about 600 NM west of San Diego and a
1011 mb low covered the northern Gulf of California. Weak onshore
flow and a coastal eddy will continue through Wednesday. The eddy
will be stronger Thursday. Northwest winds will be stronger late
Thursday through Friday in the outer waters. Some weak and brief
offshore flow appears Friday night into Saturday.
