Synopsis for the coastal waters from Bonita Beach to Suwannee River-
540 AM EDT Tue Oct 8 2024

.SYNOPSIS...
Life threatening boating conditions will begin propagating into
the Gulf waters tonight into Wednesday as Hurricane Milton
approaches Florida. Boaters should strongly consider avoiding the
waters from today through Thursday as Milton is shaping up to be
the strongest hurricane to affect our coastal waters in over a
century. Residual seas will remain elevated with winds remaining
breezy and out of the north between 20 and 30 knots on Thursday
and Friday before slowly diminishing during the weekend.
