.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will build N of the region tonight,
then shift NE of the area Tue. Broad low pressure will approach
the Mid-Atlantic coast Tue night into Wed, slowly track E to the
N of the waters Wed night and Thu while pulling a cold front over
the area, and then move slowly NE of the waters Thu night through
Sat night while weakening. A weak high pressure ridge will build
E over the area Fri, then shift E of the region Fri night.
Another low will track E to the N of the area Sat and Sat night.
