This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central
Montana...south central Montana...southeast Montana and north
central Wyoming.

* WHAT...Heavy wet snow, initially mixed with freezing rain.

* WHERE...Southeast Montana.

* WHEN...Tonight through Friday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Precipitation will begin as a mix of rain,
  snow and freezing rain in southeast Montana, before changing to
  all snow late tonight. Expect several inches of snow accumulation
  and very difficult travel conditions east of a line from Roundup
  to Billings to Pryor, especially over the higher hills. Snow
  will taper off from south to north Friday afternoon and evening.

* ADDITIONAL HAZARD CONCERNS...The cold and wet conditions will be
  a threat to newborn livestock.
