.DISCUSSION...Expect east to northeast winds to continue today,
although speeds at/near the burn site have been a bit higher than
originally forecast, with gusts around 25-28mph at times noted in
Watertown and surrounding observations. Still anticipate scattered
showers and thunderstorms to develop over eastern South Dakota
over the next couple hours. Hard to say if one of these will move
directly over the burn site, but if they do, expect potential for
gusty/erratic winds.
