            LAKE. A BOAT WAS BLOWN OFF THE BEACH AND
            SOME DOCKS WERE DAMAGED. TIME ESTIMATED
            BASED ON RADAR.

            SURVEY DETERMINED A DOWNBURST HIT THIS AREA.
            HUNDREDS OF TREES WERE DOWNED OR BROKEN
            ALONG A BROAD SWATH FROM 4 SSW DEER PARK TO
            9 N BALDWIN. VIRTUALLY ALL WERE BLOWN DOWN
            FROM THE NORTH, NORTHEAST, OR EAST. MANY
            TREES WERE DOWN ACROSS ROADS AND DRIVEWAYS.
            THERE WAS ROOF DAMAGE TO ONE LOCAL BUSINESS.
            ONE RESIDENT STATED THE WIND LASTED FOR
            SEVERAL MINUTES, FIRST FROM THE NORTH AND
            THEN FROM THE NORTHEAST AND EAST. TIME WAS
            APPROXIMATED BASED ON RADAR.

            A BARN WAS BLOWN DOWN, BUT NO OTHER
            STRUCTURAL DAMAGE WAS REPORTED. TIME

            SURVEY DETERMINED A DOWNBURST HIT THE WEST
            SIDE OF SPRING VALLEY. NUMEROUS TREES WERE
            DOWN, WITH SOME LANDING ON HOUSES, SHEDS,
            AND VEHICLES. A SCHOOL GYMNASIUM ROOF WAS
            DAMAGED FROM THE WIND. ONE RESIDENT STATED
            THE WIND PERSISTED FOR MANY MINUTES.
