...AREAS OF PATCHY FREEZING FOG ACROSS NORTHEASTERN AND EAST
CENTRAL NEW MEXICO THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING...

Areas of patchy fog have developed across the northeastern and
east-central plains of New Mexico and will persist through the
rest of tonight into Saturday morning. Temperatures behind a
backdoor cold front will fall to near or below freezing allowing
for some areas of freezing fog to develop across the northeast and
east slopes of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, including Las
Vegas, Raton, and Clayton.

Drivers can expect reduced visibility down to a quarter of a
mile with slippery roadways.

The fog is expected to burn off after sunrise Saturday morning.
