...Patchy Dense Fog expected through 9 AM this morning...

Patchy dense fog will persist across portions of the southwest
Adirondacks, Mohawk and Hudson River Valleys, eastern Catskills,
Schoharie Valley, Taconics, and adjacent western New England
through 9 AM.

Visibilities could be reduced to less than one quarter of a mile
in some areas. Motorists should be prepared to encounter rapid
reductions in visibility through 9 AM, and allow for increased
braking distance between vehicles.
