nautical miles including the portion of the Papahanaumokuakea
Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals

twice the significant wave height.

to strong trade winds. A surface trough may weaken trades near
the islands by mid-week. Isolated thunderstorms are expected
through the week.
