.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
A moderate to strong offshore flow will persist tonight as high
pressure builds into West Texas. High pressure will move over the
region on Saturday and a secondary and much weaker cold front
slides through the area Sunday. High pressure over the eastern
Gulf will become anchored as a slow moving upper level low
pressure system near Baja meanders slowly eastward which should
maintain a moderate to strong southerly flow through mid week.
