The National Weather Service in Elko Nevada has issued a

* Small Stream Flood Advisory for Poor Drainage Areas for...
  Central Humboldt County in northwestern Nevada...

* Until 545 PM PDT

* At 151 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Overflowing
  poor drainage areas will result in minor flooding in the advisory
  area. While individual storms may not produce copious rainfall,
  numerous storms and showers are moving over the same areas and
  could produce minor flooding in creek beds and low spots.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Portions of Interstate 80...US Highway 95...and State Route 140...

  Winnemucca, Golconda, Kings River Valley, McDermitt, Leonard Creek
  Ranch, Paradise Valley, Orovada, Denio, Dufferena, Denio Summit,
  Golconda Summit, Summit Lake, Onion Reservoir, Winnemucca Airport,
  Trenton Canyon Mine, Thacker Pass, Paradise Hill Summit, Sage Hen
  Summit and Lone Tree Mine.
