* Until 1100 PM EDT.

* At 1012 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 5 miles northeast
  of Toccoa, moving east at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
           damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect
           wind damage to trees and power lines.

* Locations impacted include...
  Toccoa, Hartwell, Westminster, Reed Creek, Lavonia, Gumlog, Martin,
  Avalon, Tugaloo State Park and Lake Hartwell.


Large hail can cause major property damage, especially to vehicles.
Strong winds may blow down a few trees and power lines. Seek shelter
inside an interior room.
