.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A strong high
pressure center over and just W of the waters will stay in place
through Thu night, the center of the high pressure gradually
weakens and will shift W and SW of the area early Fri through Sun
while extending a ridge E and NE over the waters. High pressure
will build back E over the waters Sun night through Mon night. A
coastal trough will expand N from the Oregon coast tonight, and
extend along Washington coast and along Vancouver island later
tonight through Sat while becoming weaker. A coastal trough will
redevelop along the Oregon coast Sun night through Mon night.
