West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A stationary front across the
waters will become a warm front tonight and move NE of the area
by Thu. The associated low pressure will move off the New England
coast tonight and NE of the area Thu while pulling a cold front
across the northern waters. The front will stall over the
northern waters late Thu while a low will slide offshore along
the front Thu night into Fri. As the low slides E across the
northern waters a cold front will push across the central and
southern waters Fri and Fri night. The front will push just E of
the area Fri night as yet another low develops along the front.
The low will move E of the central waters Sat then move NE of the
northern waters by Sat night. High pressure will build over the
waters Sat night into Sun behind the low before a weak cold front
pushes offshore of the Mid-Atlantic Sun and Sun night. The front
will clear E of the area late Sun night as high pressure builds
in across the area Mon and Mon night.
