Weather Summary for Eastern Nebraska and Southwest Iowa
National Weather Service Omaha/Valley NE
945 PM CDT Sun Apr 22 2018

Quite pleasant conditions prevailed on Sunday, with filtered
sunshine and light winds. High temperatures on Sunday
were near normal, and generally were in the upper 60s to lower 70s.
Temperatures cooled rapidly this evening due to the dry airmass and
partly cloudy conditions, with mid-evening temperatures ranging
from the middle 40s in northwest Iowa to around 60
in extreme southeast Nebraska and northwest Missouri.

Partly to mostly clouds skies will continue as a departing
weather disturbance moves east across southern Missouri and into the
Mississippi River valley tonight. A weak area of surface high
pressure will build into the area behind this departing system,
providing pleasant conditions through Monday.

Lows tonight will be in the upper 30s to lower 40s. Highs on Monday
will be in the upper 60s to around 70.
