...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN NIOBRARA AND
NORTHEASTERN CONVERSE COUNTIES THROUGH 730 AM MDT...

At 701 AM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 13
miles north of Manning Ranch, or 35 miles northwest of Lusk, moving
north at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Dull Center.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
