.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge will persist over the area
tonight through Wed night, then shift S of the region Thu and Thu
night. A cold front will approach from the N Tue, and then stall
N of the area Tue night through Thu as a series of low pressure
centers track E along the front. The front will then move slowly
S towards the region Thu night and Fri, and then move across the
waters Fri night.
