West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...Broad, developing, low pressure
just off the Delmarva coast this evening will slowly track E
while passing over the N waters, later tonight into early Fri.
The low will pass E of the N waters later Fri and Fri night, and
move off to the E and NE of the area Sat into Sun. Another low
pressure area will move to the Carolina coast Sat night, then
move offshore over the southern and central waters Sun and Sun
night. The low will persist over the S waters Mon and Mon night
as high pressure builds over the far N waters.
