.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN OREGON COASTAL WATERS...North winds
continue to calm early this morning, but steep seas will persist
until 7 am. Seas will calm later Friday morning to Saturday
evening, when wind-built steep seas return. A thermal trough will
bring periods of chaotic seas to southern waters early next week.
